Call Accounting Software - Insider TPS (Track. Plan. Save) Launched

With Rising call costs being another consequence of economic challenges, many businesses have begun to feel the pinch of having to dole out more in the long and short run to cover increased telephone expenses. While communication technologies have proven to be essential to a company’s operations, there’s no doubt that a reduction in this expense would benefit companies with their planning and management if a call cutting strategy were available. In meeting the demand for this well needed cost cutting strategy, The Insider TPS (Track. Plan. Save) will be launched on Wednesday, November 4 at the Knutsford Court Hotel in Kingston, Jamaica.

Previously launched as iEasy CR (Call Reporting), Version 4 of the product will be re-branded Insider TPS. With its innovative call accounting solution, Insider TPS will allow employers to track telephone usage by different variables such as incoming calls, outgoing calls, date calls were made, calls over a certain dollar figure, time of call, cost of the call, who made the call, what code was used and the duration of said call. This software will therefore provide Jamaicans in the productive sector with a tool that will help them to achieve desired results including:

  • Reduction and eventual eradication of telephone Abuse
  • Ideal tool for Budgeting and Departmental Planning
  • Determining personal from business or official calls
  • Easy to Use Web browser Interface
  • Helping companies to develop updated business directories

Over time, the software will also boost general productivity and savings across the organization, as it allows staff to maximize production time, while reducing unnecessary telephone calls throughout the day.

Currently, version three of the product is called iEasyCR (Call Reporting) and has been receiving positive reviews from varied companies, both private and public. It is being used in The House of Parliament, Tax Administration Services Department (TASD), Advantage General Insurance, The Gleaner Company and the Delegation of the European Commission, just to name a few. The rebranding though, will showcase a more advanced product with a much easier to use interface and expanded capabilities for greater productivity.
