IVS Free Seminar In Ocho Rios
Prompted by growth in productivity tools in Jamaican businesses, Interactive Voice Solutions begins its Message on Hold roadshow in Ocho Rios, March 11th, with a free seminar for companies at the Hibiscus Lodge at 10:30 a.m. Message on Hold is a new generation telecommunication promotional tool designed for easy brand awareness and to cross sell products and services.
Managing Director David Riley says the Ochi seminar is the first to be held outside Kingston. Others are scheduled for Montego Bay (April), Mandeville (May) and Negril (June). Interactive Voice Solutions is a new company located in the Technology Innovation Center at Utech.
Integrated with PBX and Key Systems, Message On-Hold creates efficiencies in telecommunications and time management, and in effect becomes a promotional and marketing representative for companies.
“The system offers small businesses an opportunity to “sound” like a large corporation,” says Riley. “That helps to build customer confidence and image and could influence their decision to do business with you.”
“Message On-Hold is critical for controlling what promotions your customers listen to while on hold,” says Riley. “If they had to listen to a radio station they’re likely to hear a commercial for your competitor. We know it’s effective because many of our clients link it directly to increased sales,” Riley explains.
When compared to radio and newspaper advertising, Message On-hold is far more cost effective, according to Riley. IVS offers with the MOH system software for creating new messages, administrator training and support, and customised scripts, audio production, and Royalty free music and voice talent.
