Interactive Voice Solutions (IVS) Limited has released its new voice Messaging System known as Hailix.

The system will be showcased during an informational and demo session at the Medallion Hall Hotel in Kingston on May 30.

Hailix, a PC-based voice mail system designed for small and mid-size businesses, provides a powerful, scalable and cost effective messaging solution that will increase and streamline productivity.

According to David Riley of IVS, the system can be installed and configured in minutes on any PBX or Key System. Hailix is a robust system with an easy remote notification and administration features, he said.

In a statement on the product release, the company said, "Administrators will appreciate the auto create new user feature which gives new employees instant access to their personal voice mailbox. Hailix also comes with remote notification of messages. Each user can configure whether or not they want their messages to be delivered via e-mail or to an off-site telephone number. This particular feature enables the immediate delivery of messages. As a result, customer enquiries can be addressed in a timely fashion."
